Låneregler

1. Biblioteket ved Høgskolen i Nord-Trøndelag er et offentlig bibliotek. Ansatte og studenter ved HiNT, enkeltpersoner, samt private og offentlige institusjoner har lånerett, under forutsetning av at lånereglementet overholdes. Biblioteket forbeholder seg retten til å prioritere HiNTs lånere.
2. Lånekortet er det samme som studiekort eller tjenestebevis. Lånekortet kan brukes ved alle bibliotekavdelingene i HiNT og må alltid tas med når en skal låne.
3. Ordinær lånetid er 4 uker. Lån av etterspurt litteratur kan innkalles etter 14 dager.
   Enkelte materialtyper som f.eks tidsskrifter og multimedieutstyr kan ha særskilte lånebetingelser.
4. Ved formidling av lån fra andre bibliotek, skal eierbibliotekets låneregler følges.
5. Lånere skal ikke overlate sine lån til andre, og låneren er ansvarlig for at bøkene leveres i rett tid og i god stand. Tapte bøker vil normalt måtte erstattes. Vesentlig mislighold kan medføre tap av lånerett inntil forholdene er rettet opp.
6. Studenter skal melde adresseendring via Studentweb. Andre lånere skal varsle biblioteket ved adresseendring. Ved tap av kort skal biblioteket varsles snarest mulig.

Library Regulations

1. The library at Nord-Trøndelag University College is an institutional library open for the public. Employees and students at the College, private individuals and public and private institutions may borrow books under the condition that library regulations are obeyed. The library reserves the right to prioritise readers associated with the College.
2. Individual borrowers are required to complete a registration card and familiarize themselves with the library regulations before their library card is used. The library card can be used at all libraries at Nord-Trøndelag University College and must be presented by borrowers every time they borrow books.
3. Books can normally be borrowed for 4 weeks. Frequently requested literature may be recalled after 14 days. Certain items, e.g. journals or multimedia equipment, may be subject to special borrowing conditions.
4. When materal is supplied through inter-library loan, the borrower is expected to abide the regulations at the owner library.
5. Borrowers may not loan books to other persons and are personally responsible for the books they have borrowed. Missing or damaged books have to be compensated. Material breaches of regulations may lead to loss of borrowing rights until matters have been corrected.
6. The library must be notified in case of change of address or other occurrences that the library should be aware of. Any loss of library card must be reported to the library as soon as possible.
