Faculty of Education of Driving Instructors

The Faculty of Education of Driving Instructors has the national responsibility for the education of driving instructors. It provides a 2-year basic education for driving instructors with the opportunity for an additional year to complete a bachelor degree. The research activities are focused towards different levels within the traffic academic field (from the individual to the society as a whole).

In order to improve the quality of the education, the faculty aims to increase the cooperation with institutions in other countries and to facilitate the exchange of students and staff. The Faculty aims to be part of a international network of education, research and innovation. At the moment the faculty has an Erasmus agreement with Haapsalu College/Tallinn University.
