All nations should have the same set of human rights imposed on them by a central governing body

A government should have the power to limit the information to which their own citizens have access

Wealthy countries should be legally obligated to do everything within their power to eliminate the so-called 'digital divide' by providing poorer countries with affordable access to information and communication technologies

All human beings have the right to live wherever they want to

Governments have the duty to shelter, feed and provide medical care to refugees in their country

A person with a criminal record should not be granted asylum status or permitted to enter a country as a migrant worker or refugee
person who enters a host country illegally shouldbe deported (sent back)

People should be free to move freely and without restriction across national borders to find work

Refugees, asylum seekers and migrants should have the right to education in the host country

People who are persecuted because of their  religious or political beliefs should always be given asylum

A person should be completely free to choose the degree to which he or she adapts to the local culture and blends into the society

It is better when everyone who lives in a country shares the same traditions and customs

Modern science can be relied on to solve our environmental problems

It is important to care for nature and environment

The government should take measures to reduce differences in income levels

Everyone should have equal opportunities in life

Every person in the world should be treated equally

Even if I disagree with someone, I still want to understand them

It is important to me to listen to people who are different from me

It is important to me to help the people around me

Tradition is important to me

Progress in poor countries can best be achieved through rapid, high-tech industrialisation of urban areas; in time, the benefits will trickle down to rural areas, too.

Progress in poor countries can best be achieved by increasing agricultural productivity, since agriculture is the real economic base of the majority of the population in poor countries.

The main focus of development work should be on meeting the “basic needs” of poor and vulnerable groups through providing primary health care, village schools, food subsidies and the like

Development aid should focus on long-term solutions rather than “instant fixes”

Actions like Live Aid are “feel-good” activities that have little or no lasting benefit for poor countries.

When it comes to sustainable development, individual efforts don't really matter

If Europe stops importing food from Africa, African farmers would be forced to feed Africa first

Maintaining biodiversity is the most important aspect of sustainable development

It is possible to achieve sustainable development and to maintain high and stable levels of economic growth at the same time

Tribal cultures have nothing to teach us about living in harmony with the natural environment
